5. Pier: Carve your booty and the entire core
Start to lie on your back, bend your legs, place your feet flat on the floor, hold dumbbells in each hand, and rest on your hips. Join your hips and cores and lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulder to knee. Slow down. Do 15 repetitions.
