Method for balancing hormones using sage essential oil

Hormone imbalance leads to menstrual discomfort, premenstrual syndrome, some symptoms of menopause and postpartum mood disorders. The estrogen-like properties of sage oil may help restore hormone balance and relieve some symptoms. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have had any estrogen-related cancers, such as breast cancer, avoid using sage. Happy sage oil is not for everyone. Consult your health care provider before using this oil to treat any condition or symptom.

Inhalation

For the relief of essential oils for hormone depression, add 2 drops of sage oil, 2 drops of bergamot Citrus oil, 2 drops of sandalwood oil and 1 drop of ylang or geranium oil, recommended by the American Herbal Society member Mingdi Green. This type of mixture is suitable for certain essential oil diffusers. Other diffusers require oil to be added to the water. If you don't have a diffuser, apply a few drops of this mixture to a handkerchief and a cotton ball, then place a handkerchief or cotton ball near you or sniff it regularly. Never apply pure essential oils to your skin. If you want to apply these oils to your skin, first mix them into 1 ounce of oil, such as almond oil, almond oil or sesame oil.

Massage

If hormonal imbalance causes discomfort during sputum or menstruation, mixing your abdomen with sage aromatherapy may have a help page. A study published in the July-August 2006 issue of the journal Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that women who had moderate to severe menstrual cramps had a significant reduction in abdomen after aromatherapy. This study used 1 drop of sage oil mixture; 1 drop of rose, or Rosa scented oil; and 2 drops of 5 cc or 1 teaspoon of almond oil in lavender oil.

Bathing Water

Soaking in an aromatherapy bath is another way to benefit from sage. Mix and mix the oil of your choice into a dispersing agent such as bath salt or 2 or 3 tablespoons of whole milk. This mixture is then added to the bath water prior to entry. Creating a mixture

Although sage alone can alleviate some of the symptoms, combining this essential oil with others offers more potential benefits. Try different combinations to help you find the right blend for you. In a mixture of menopausal symptoms, try essential oils with estrogenic properties such as cypress and fennel. If you are experiencing insomnia associated with menopause, relaxing oils such as lavender, chamomile and bergamot may help. Lavender can also help alleviate mood swings. For premenstrual syndrome and menstrual problems, sage mixed with rose, ylang ylang, bergamot or geranium. For safety reasons, keep the concentration of the essential oil mixture between 3% and 5%. The concentration of three drops of essential oil in 3 cubic centimeters or 1 teaspoon of carrier oil is 3%.
